01 Problem Statement

The app interfaces suffer from several issues that impact the user experience, including a complicated payment process and delayed verification, poor recommendation accuracy based on user preferences, and notifications that do not align with user desires, causing annoyance.

Additionally, the interface lacks a direct shipment tracking experience, self-service support like a FAQ section, and effective review features. Furthrmore, there is a shortage of high-quality local products, leading customer to resort to imported products.

02 Problem Solution

Fashionista app provides an effective solution to these issues by simplifying and improving the payment process to make it faster and smoother, while enhancing recommendation accuracy and personalizing notifications according to user preferences. The app also offers direct shipment tracking and comprehensive self-service support through a FAQ section.

Additionally, it enhances review features, such as images, to help customers make better purchasing decisions. To meet the needs of the local market, Fashionista works on providing high- quality local products.
